This has been a time for me to reflect on the past year and a time to make new goals for the new year. One of my resolutions, and one I am willing to blog about, is that I will go without candy, cake, cookies, doughnuts, ice cream, and any other sort of sweet treat for the entire month.
This is a ridiculously hard thing for me to do, as I use sugar to stay awake. I am one day into this and I already have a headache. Hopefully the withdrawal symptoms of sugar detox will not last for a long time. Wish me luck!
